We are professional, vocational and business people who want to provide support to help needy children in the most impoverished regions of the country to become healthy, educated and worthy citizens.

To procure and manage financial, physical and human resources for providing relief services in the most impoverished regions of Trinidad and Tobago to needy children (hereinafter called “assisted people”) related to their physical needs, educational advancement, spiritual development, psychological health and social well-being.
VISION
To serve the assisted people with Faith, Hope and Love
We will provide the required services through communities which we will help to establish and maintain either on our own or in joint ventures with various funding facilities, social trusts, religious institutions, professional associations, welfare agencies, the private business community and international bodies of similar purpose.
Registered as a “not-for-profit” (under Company Law 1995) charitable company in Trinidad & Tobago.

Organizational Structure
- The Board is responsible for the Company and is the ultimate authority.
- The Board appoints Standing Committees (chaired by directors) which are responsible (a) for the services that support the organisation and (b) for execution of plans and projects.
- A member of the Board acts as Treasurer.
- An Executive Officer is accountable to the Board for day-to-day management and provides management support to the Standing Committees. The Executive Officer reports to a Vice-Chair who is responsible for operational oversight.
- A Financial/Administrative Manager and an Operations/ Research Analyst report to the Executive Officer.

- Recruits members and oversees member’s activities; Develops use of social media; Manages publications, public and media relations.
