The ABC priorities are (A) Psychological development (based on Trauma concepts and Forgiveness Therapy) with related support activities (B) Educational & Physical development including meals, school supplies, basic medical screening (C) Spiritual development in conjunction with (A) and (B) above.
Projects and Programmes will be researched and developed by a Committee of competent persons (Communities Network and Programme Management) which will arrange partnerships and alliances and oversee the execution of Projects and Programmes
The Board has set criteria in its General Plan (see documents) and will determine which are the most impoverished regions of the country. The selection of children to be assisted in groups, will be evaluated and recommended by a Community Group in the regions based on dire and urgent need of services and resources that the Group is able to provide.
Projects deal with specific issues and situations. Some projects will be one off” or “ad hoc” while others will be designed to be sustainable on an on-going basis. Programmes will cover a range of multi-year projects with defined outcomes at the end of the period.
Membership subscriptions will provide funding to meet operating expenses and is expected to provide 20% of total funding for projects and programmes provided by grant funds and partnership funding.
There is no limit currently. Membership is open to Individual, Corporate or Association who is committed to the Mission, principles and objects of the Company and agrees to abide by the policies and the By Law as published on www.trinitydomus.org . Membership is by application and approval of the Board. Applications forms will be on-line.
The amount depends on the volume of Corporate subscriptions and the extent to which that can be leveraged to raise grants and funding for projects and programmes. Considering the full extent of the ABC needs, an illustrative figure of $ 14 Million over four years can be projected beginning September 2019.
The Company is currently applying for this status. It meets the criteria. We cannot predict when (or if) the application might be successful
