Retired CEO of a licenced financial institution; extensive Board experience (1973-2010) in several private enterprises, three State Enterprises, T&T Chamber of Industry and Commerce; member of several specialist Cabinet-appointed financial sector/economic development Committees; contributor to various local publications on governance, financial economic issues, development. He is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, completed a Diploma at American University (Washington DC), studied Strategic Planning at IMI, Geneva.
