Mr. Rabindra Jaggernauth is an experienced IT and Management Consultant. He was a former Partner in charge of Consulting Services at Ernst & Young, a former CEO of the National ICT Company Limited (iGovTT), and was the Managing Director of Esprit Consultants Limited. He has a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo, majoring in Computer Science, a Master of Science in Operational Research and Systems Analysis from the University of Aston in Birmingham. He is a Fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS), a Chartered IT Professional (CITP), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
He has over thirty five years industry experience and has a special interest in the utilization of digital and information technology, process reengineering and change management to improve corporate productivity and performance.
He is a founding member and Past President of the ICT Society of Trinidad and Tobago, the Immediate Past President of the Trinidad and Tobago Coalition of Services Industries and current Chairman of the President’s Award Foundation.
